Thank you for supporting my art! Each Gelli print is made with care, and I want you to be happy with your purchase. Below is my refund policy to ensure clarity and fairness.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact me within 7 days of receiving your order.

  2. Email me at JustinJessupArt@gmail.com with:

    • Your order number

    • Photos of the damage or incorrect item

    • A brief description of the issue

I will review your request and, if approved, issue a replacement or refund depending on the nature of the problem.

Shipping Costs

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • If a return is approved due to damage or error, I will cover the return shipping cost or issue a return-free resolution.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Minor variations in color or texture (as all prints are handmade and unique)

  • Change of mind

  • Delays caused by the shipping carrier
