Shipping Policy

Thank you for supporting my artwork! I’m committed to ensuring your order arrives safely and promptly. Please review the shipping details below before placing your order.

1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days.

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email when your order has been placed, and another with tracking information once it ships.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of your order.

  • Domestic shipping usually takes 3–7 business days after processing.

  • Currently, I only ship within the United States. 

3. Packaging

  • All artwork is carefully packaged to protect it during transit.

  • Prints are typically shipped in flat rigid mailers depending on size and quantity.

4. Tracking Your Order

  • You’ll receive an email with a tracking number once your order ships.

  • Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

5. Delays & Issues

  • While I strive to meet delivery timelines, delays may occur due to weather, postal service disruptions, or other factors outside of my control.

  • If your order hasn’t arrived within 10 business days of the expected delivery window, please contact me at JustinJessupArt@gmail.com.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged, please email me within 7 days of delivery with a description and clear photos of the damage.

  • In case of a lost package, I will work with the carrier to investigate and, if necessary, replace your order.
